First, that's like saying 'a mojority of the people didn't vote for Obama in the Democratic primary.' Its a useless statement. GingerShep got more votes in the second round of voting. I doesn't matter that the other haircolors got more votes cumulatively. You have to go with one canidate.
Cover was in ME1. Its just easier to interact with in ME2. Looks like they are adding even more ways to interact with it in ME3. Looks like they are ADDING depth. It just may not be in the direction you prefer. Which is fine. But it helps if we are truthful, no?
Which brings us to your last point. Sounds like you are still hurt from missed expectations in Dragon Age 2. It would likely help your outlook more if you kept those feelings seperate from this franchise.
Anyway. Back to modding. It sucks you will have to deal with freckled skin. Get over it. Its a GAME. Its made to be played. And the game is an action game. Not Barbie Dress Up 2004. If you are really that into messing with 3d models, get a programe made specifically for that purpose. Right?
You're talking as if the US voting system is the ultimate, here in my country we make coalitions so that the result is composed of majority preference. Hence it'd be a no-freckles & green eyes model.
ME1 system didn't fill up your HP every time you hid, hotdog and chocolate sauce are awesome in their own, not together.
In fact I liked DA2 better than ME2, yet it'd take someone who didn't play any previous Bioware games to not notice how they began to loathe RPG systems and began catering to Gears of War & God of War crowd. The approach is the same no matter their franchise is.
Yeah it sucks that I'll have to deal with freckled skin, then again, here is a discussion forum for us to voice our opinions. Who are you to silence me? Bioware claimed that this was an RPG (not action as you propose) so I'm holding them to their word and ask for the appropriate options.
If people didn't care about character models, we wouldn't have dozens of pages about this issue over the last weeks, so it appears that I'm not alone in that.
