Hi all, I have a question , if I go to illium for research more weapon my team captured from collector dies or are all alive when I go to safe they?

I think you are allowed to go onto story planets to buy upgrades. The things you aren't allowed to do after the crew is abducted are missions like N7 missions, squad recruitment or loyalty missions. Just landing on Ilium, Omega, the Citadel, Tuchanka, or scanning planets should be ok.
