Warp Ammo <Health Damage 15% Armor 15% Barrier 30% Armor Weakening 25 Lifted Target Damage 50%>
Rank 2: Lifted Target Dam increased by 25%
Rank 3: Health/Armor Dam +5% Barrier 10%
Rank 4: [Health/Armor Dam +7.5 /Barrier +15%] -or- [Squad Warp Ammo at 50% effectiveness]
Rank 5: [Ammo Capacity +30%] -or- [Headshot Dam +25%]
Rank 6: [Health/Armor Dam +12.5% Barrier +25%] -or- [Lifted Target +50% Weaken armor by 25%]

What does "Ammo Capacity +30% mean"?   Do ammo powers only work on a certain number of rounds before they run out?  Because that sounds hella lame.

Either that or it increases the amount of thermal clips you can carry for any weapon you equip it on.  Either one would be pretty useful, although I'm still inclined to take the +25% headshot damage for my marksman Soldier.

Singularity <1.5 sec recharge / 4 sec duration / 1.5 m radius>
Rank 2: Duration increased by 25%
Rank 3: Radius/ hold duration increased by 20%
Rank 4: [Radius increased by 25%] -or- [Duration increased by 30%, more enemies affected]
Rank 5: [Recharge reduced by 30%] -or- [Targets affected take 20 damage per sec]
Rank 6: [Radius increased by 35% for 10 sec] -or- [Implosion at end of duration with 300 damage across 5m]

I wonder how warp affects singularity with implosion, does it actually implode or just collapse. Has anyone tried it?

I know I'll be going with the radius bonus. My singularities don't stay up long enough to implode.

All of this new info! Thanks everybody for plugging the numerical values for the powers into the established format, it will make my job of integrating the new info into the comprehensive list MUCH easier. I will be getting to this sometime in the next 24 hours. Maybe a bit later...my sig. oth. and I are celebrating V-Day today instead of in the middle of the week. I will try to make her understand why this is important to get to, but sometimes she just doesn't have her priorities straight.

Allow me to save you the trouble, though my list isnt exactly like how you've done it.

That's every power listed exactly as stated in game, with the exception of recharge considering we don't have enough information to work out what they'd be as standard.

Some of the power evolution decisions are incredibly difficult. The last one in the Engineer's Tech Mastery is just... evil.

I think pull is basically the default anti-Guardian power for biotic classes, since it does a great job of stripping Guardians of their shields. Between me and Liara, my pull-and-shockwave Vanguard had a lot easier time clearing through Sur'Kesh than my charge-and-Nova Vanguard (although that could partly be due to me having a better handle on the demo's controls).

I thought this too until I started playing classes that don't get pull.  Singularity strips the shield too.  I can get Liara's singularity down to 4.5 seconds (4 if I want to give up warp) during my soldier playthrough so there really isn't any better CC power than Liara singularity.

Wow. Adept shepard looks lamer and lamer in comparison.  Really what does playing an adept add to you that just taking liara doesn't?  If they had at least made her singulairty on a ridic long cooldown adept shepard might have had something.

That makes no sense. It makes Adept Shepard BETTER, because you will be able to do MORE biotic combos and MORE often. Adept looks Godlike.

What having a better adept than you makes you look better?

On a more serious note, the thing is sentinels and vanguards can use liara to set up more biotic combos as well but they get useful class exclusive abilities that adept shepard does not.  There is no reason to go adept since he adds nothing to the table that a vanguard or especially a sentinel doesn't and then some.

to me it just seems like its not a fair setup. becuase you can accomplish the same thing as an adept, as you can with a soldier + liara. in reverse order, you definately cant try the same things playing an adept and relying on ashley for firepower.

soldiershep + liara > adeptshep + ashley.

unless ashley can help me slow time in combat ME3.

Shepard will be the best Adept in the game, by far. If you take only a light weapon, your cooldowns will be ridiculously low. A capable squadmate such as Liara is good for all classes, it can't make the Adept "lame". That makes no sense whatsoever. Vanguard and Sentinel are clearly meant for a different gameplay, especially Vanguard.

No one synergizes with Liara as well as the Adept.

DayusMakhina, you are true to your name haha.  I thought I was going to have to go through a lot of the demo myself in a couple of days because I didn't feel like scrounging around on YouTube.  Now I can get all of this in before I download it and just enjoy playing the demo when I do.  Thanks x1,000,000.

taking liara as an adept is as redundant as taking 2 sniper rifles.

the adept should synergize with liara great because of her passive and warp bombyness. doesnt mean shes not equally, or even more valuable to a non biotic. liara can accomlish the same thing adept shepard can. can you say the same thing about ashely being as deadly as soldiershep? liara benefits eery class greatly, while i can almost gaurantee ashely wont seem any more deadly then a non soldier squadmate.

imagin if secret squadmate 2 had charge and was sharging around and laying waste. now imagin you are a vangaurd. how would you feel about being unique?

It does make the adept lame because he brings nothing new to the table.  Liara can actually repalce adept shepard, yeah adept shepard will have shorter cooldowns, but 4.5 second singularities are not exactly long, but she can actually replace his functionality.  The same can't be said for every other class in the game.  Engineers in ME2 felt the same way and the cooldown difference was 3 seconds to 30 seconds on drone.

And sadly while the vanguard and sentinel are meant for different gameplay if they decide to go a caster route they will pull it off so close to just as well as an adept and still have other awesome abilities on the side it will be pathetic.  I mean woo an adept can drop a 90 damage warp explosion, while the vanguard can only hit them with a 200 damage shcokwave.  The sentinel can do the throw spam and warps as well, oh and he actually gets a new power that adds gameplay with lift so he can set up his own combos instead of just being a heavy weapon slot.

There is more than one biotic combo. Liara obviously benefits all classes, therefore it makes Adept better.
Power-heavy squadmates will always be better than Soldier-types as you as the player have more control over their capabilities. That is not new.

As for the Charge squadmate, I could not care less. I do not need to have unique powers.

Liara+Adept will definitely give you more combos than Liara+Soldier.

Why does vanguard gain the least ammount of bonus for melee in fitness? every level it's 5% lower than everyone else's

I'm guessing because of the huge boost after a melee kill.  They only want the bonuses to stack so high so on certain difficulties a heavy melee does not kill the wrong enemy types in one blow.

nobodys saying adept shepard + liara is a bad idea! ofcorse liara makes adepts better and more comboable. were saying adept shepard + liara is redundant in every sense of the word "biotics" and its not the same as ashley comparing to soldiershep. nobody is going to complain ashley is too similar to a soldier, because she isnt. liara has the best biotic powers in the game. shes better at being an adept then adept shepard.

i think thats exactly my biggest problem with adepts so far. they arent the best. vangaurds are obviously totally awesome at biotics. charge, nova, improved shockwave, more weapons, ammo powers, im assuming biotic focus on my vangaurd is going to make the adept seem even more of an obsolete biotic. but adepts just dont offer much outside of redundant abilities and biosplosions.

singularity really should have been instacast, or stasis should have been added instead of shockwave or something. not having an insta cast ability on a class that needs to be the best CCer is a really bad idea. it seems like a small change, but every class has an insta cast ability that works instantly. i think the adept has the worste skill set in the game, by a long shot, with the worste signature ability, less weapons, no instacast ability, liara is better..........

damn.

Probably to not make it too good in CQC.

I guess, when you think about it, they had to nerf the melee a bit for the shotguns to be a more viable option. Still, I'm so gonna make my vanguard a melee beast:ph34r:

Thanks DayusMakhina for posting all of that, useful info for all of us who don't have the demo yet.
