Yes there are, but not nearly as extensive as the others - I've found information on two new powers for Secret Squadmate #1 (but the ranks aren't 100% finished) along with the ranks for the character's passive class. For Secret Squadmate #2 (aka, the one who's believed to be the DLC character), I believe that I've found one of the character's new powers (the previously listed "Biotic Focus"), but nothing on the character's passive class.

Ok, folks, here are the ranks I've found for the passive class of the Secret Squadmate #1, who fills a similar "Tech" role as Tali, but focuses on tech power damage instead of tech recharge speeds (and for the sake of spoilers, I won't list who the character is or the title of the character's class):


Secret Squadmate #1
2nd Rank
Durability/Damage   Adds x% to health bonus and shield bonus. Adds x% to power damage bonus. 

3rd Rank
Durability/Damage   Adds x% to health bonus and shield bonus. Adds x% to power damage bonus.

4th Rank
Health/Shields   Increase health and shields by x%
OR
Power Damage   Adds x% to power damage bonus.

5th Rank
Tech Damage    Increases tech power damage by x%.
OR
Weapon Damage   Increase weapon damage by x% 

6th Rank
Squad Damage   x% increase to entire squad's tech power damage and duration
OR
Shield Regeneration   Reduces the time before shields start to regenerate by x%.


This character also receives the new powers "Defense Matrix" (a shield power) and "Decoy" (which I listed previously in the thread).

The evolution ranks for Tactical Cloak are all over the map in the leaked script - it's rank list is only partially completed and without any major order of how the ranks of the power progress. Because of that, I can only list the rank evolutions that I've found (but without the progression order to how the power's ranks can evolve):

Damage   Adds x% to damage bonus.

Duration   Adds x% increase to duration.

Melee Damage   x% increase to melee damage while cloaked.

Recharge Speed   x% increase to recharge speed.

Free Power   Can fire one power while cloaked without decloaking

Sniper Damage Bonus   x% increase to sniper rifles damage while cloaked.

And while we're on the subject of the Infiltrator, here's the class passive's evolution ranks (found through dumb luck, I might add):

EDIT: Corrected the 4th Rank evolution to the correct rank ("Influence/Sniping"), along with the correct description for Rank 2.


Infiltrator Mastery
2nd Rank
Influence/Recharge   Increases your Reputation score by x% and increases the recharge speed of your powers by x%. Also increases damage done by sniper rifles by x%.

3rd Rank
Influence/Capacity   Adds x points to weight capacity bonus. Adds x% to reputation bonus.  

4th Rank
Influence/Sniping   Adds x% to reputation bonus, x% to sniper time dilation, and x% to weapon damage bonus.
OR
Damage   Adds x% to weapon damage bonus and increases power damage by x%.

5th Rank
Squad Damage   Increase of x% to henchmen weapon damage and x% to henchmen power damage and force.
OR
Weight Capacity   Adds x points to weight capacity bonus.

6th Rank
Damage/Duration   x% increase to power damage and duration.
OR
Sniping/Head Shots   x% increase to damage by sniper rifles and x% damage to headshots

Is it me or do none of the squadmates have pull or throw? Seems kind of odd.

Just give Liara one of them. Having warp and warp ammo at the same time is redundant.

Hmm.... I'm hoping these powers will have an increase in %

I felt like, in ME2, the increase just wasn't really..noticeable. For instance, 18% vs 25% increase in weapon damage for squadmates. I felt like weapon damage wasn't exactly noticeable with squadmates since they're already handicapped, but to increase it by a very small percentage doesn't seem to make it stand out any more. I think the % should overall be increased when dealing with weapon damage and power recharge.

10% bonus to recharge doesn't seem like a lot. Especially when talking about time before shields recharge.

Maybe it's more of an issue of "I'd like to see a noticeable difference when I upgrade." At least ME2 was better than ME1. But there were times when I thought "I don't give a darn between weapon damage or shields."

I'm probably the only one thinking this...

IIRC the weight thing affects cooldowns or something like that. So if you have a bunch of guns and their combined weight is over the limit, your cooldowns become longer by X amount.

"Encumbrance" (which is what the "weight/cooldown" system is refered to in the leaks) is also affected by shield powers and Tech Armor.

I've got to agree. Not to mention anything that has cryo seems to be getting a massive revamp. I always tried doing a "shatter" build with my sentinels in Me2. It didn't really work. They'd still manage to be frozen sometimes, which is a little frustrating when you've thrown them into a wall.

I get the impression that many of the beneftis of Overpower and Amplification were folded into the passive abilities of the class. While I understand the complaints about the Cluster grenade/biotic grenade as not being appropriately thematic, we certainly can't make a judement call about the power of the adept (or any class) until we see them in action.

Oooooh, no, Adepts are going to be horrible. It's already done. They're the worst class in any game, of all time, and everyone at BioWare hates the Adept.

Tech Secret Squadmate #1 has Incinerate and Cryo Blast I believe.  Biotic Secret Squadmate #2 might have Pull (I'm guessing this squadmate does, actually).  I think Liara is probably going to be the only one with Warp.

Oh my God, I already wanna play this game! All this info is making the wait even harder than it already is. I've been wanting to make even another definitive ME2 playthrough for the ME3 import, but Skyrim and BF3 won't let me. :(

Wow, they're really tweaking these powers a lot. Every time I check in here something has been been changed for the better. Although Biotic Grenade still sounds dumb.

Ahh that's right.  I saw the same list and misremembered that Kaidan had Cryo Blast, not the Tech Secret Squaddie.  I'm diggin' Kaidan's power set.
