I'm running my first S&S solo playthrough, and have noticed that I am getting stamina regenerationwith enemy kills on a fair number of occasions.  I'm also getting deathblows with enemy health over 25% when I charge a group of them once in a while.  I have no stamina regen or deathblow skill points or gear at the moment.  I'm using Item Pack I and II gear and haven't noticed the stamina regen thing with Aveline before, so it may have to do with those items.  The deathblow thing happened in the Destruction of Lothering quest once though, so that doesn't seem related.  Anyone else notice this?
