Seriously... give it a rest. It wasn't that bad from the start, and it's just becoming more and more tragically uncool the more it gets bashed for being something you don't like. What? My issue isn't with the omni blade it's with how much they're pushing the omni blade in marketing. That didn't work at all. Why do I still post on this awful board.

I see why Bioware would make the "oh-tool" more of a key piece of equipment other than basicly a "computer screen" or to view data. Why not just add another function to something that seems to literally be the swiss army knife of the galaxy. Heck Collectors seemed to be able to put up little shields/ barriers why not add that in too. Its not a big deal at all.
