But a human councillor should be looking out for humanity alone. It's the reason why humans want to be on the council- that way we can push our own interests far more effectively.
Again, reflective of the sad state of American politics that people assume it's natural and right for a respresentative to care only about his direct constituency's short-term interests.
Not sure if serious? Not everyone on this forum is from the United States. As a human representitive, the human councillor needs to push
human interests, it's up to the Asari, Turians and Salarians to push their own interests (which they very eagerly do). And pushing human interests doesn't necessarily have to be at the expense of the other races, many things that are in humanity's interests are beneficial for the other races.
