help please...
excuse my complete ignorance, but how do I import my characters to the social site?

Open the Character Creator.
Log-In to your EA account (click the bottom left corner thing)
Make character.
At the end of the process there is a summary page, underneath the character's portrait there is an 'upload' button. Click that.
Wait for your character to upload to the site (this can take anywhere from 5 minutes to several days)
To make it your avatar, hover over the word 'profile' to the left side of the site, then click 'Change Profile Photo'. Your character should be in the box on the right side, just click it and update.

The characters upload to Profile Page> Game Tab > Dragon Age Origins - PC or hovering over the 'games' tab on the left side of the site and clicking 'Dragon Age Origins - PC'.
