Dunno if this was already posted but it's possible to be in a romance with all three companions and keep it that way (as a male).  I'm only interested in romancing the women but I did it to include Zevron to check for all those people interested in being the ultimate man-****.

So Morrigan is easiest.  Getting her to bed you takes nothing but engaging her in dialogue again and again as soon as you meet her.  

Leilanna is tougher.  It took me every gift but the nug, the personal quest and every dialogue option to get her to 100.  The manual says she won't romance you until her approval rating is 100.  I think I did it at 97 though, but it is definitely harder than Morrigan and Zevron.

Zevron is almost as easy as Morrigan.  Engage him in dialogue and give him a couple of gifts and you're done.  But don't romance him until after the following happens:

First, get Morrigan up to around 90 approval rating and save a few gifts including the "golden mirror."  Engage Leillianna in dialogue and tell her you only want her.  Go talk to Morrigan.  If you handle it well you'll lose 15 approval rating.  If not you'll lose 25 or 30.  Handle her lightly and at the end of it, give her the mirror.  It will initatiate a cut scene and she'll be back in love with you, with no one the wiser.  

Now romance Zevron.  Talk to Lelianna again and she'll confront you about Zevron.  Choose her.  Talk to Zevron.  Give him his mother's gloves and talk to him again.  He'll be in love with you and Leilanna apparently won't realize it again.

Now you can romance everyone.  Morrigan won't sleep with you anymore because she loves you but you're still in a relationship with her.  Leillanna will sleep with you whenever you ask her too, and so will Zevron.



And no, I didn't try very hard to figure this out.  It happened by accident between Leilanna and Morrigan and I wanted to give a complete guide for romancables so I used my dwarf playthrough to romance Zevron as well.  It works with him included.  And I realize that romancing them all is an achievement and everyone knows you can do it, but I'm talking about keeping them all while being able to talk to them afterwards (there's also the cheap way of simply never talking to any of them again).

Zevran and Leliana are romanceable by either gender. Morrigan and Alistair are male and female only, respectively.

Morrigan is male only, Leliana and Zeveran are both bi, which is kind of annoying because i only play female characters (i like the eye candy) so in order to get the achievement for Morrigan i am going to have to run a dude. This means that when i want the Morrigan achievement i am going to have to suffer wiggly man butt as opposed to the preffered wiggly female butt, bummer.

Morrigan wont sleep with you anymore because she loves you? lol. In my game I never got her to love me before dumping her for Lelianna. Pretty dang screwed up if she stops sleeping with you after she is in love with you. lol
