I'm currently trying to install KotOR to a new laptop, but the instalation just stop at 40%.
Is this game (and Empire at War) compatible with WIndows 7?

There are a variety of things that give this old of a game indigestion. Far better if you complete a normal problem report with all the usual information in it.   (Use the NWN1 directions):
