Hello,

 I have paid for the Kasumi DLC with Microsoft Points (Bioware Points, whatever they are called) and the DLC downloads but will not install, I have spent alot of time looking for answers and solutions to this problem without any luck, and have now given up tbh.

 So the question is - How do I get my points refunded ?

 I am very fed up with Bioware tbh, does not seem to be any information regarding this DLC problem, the game is buggy as hell and thats bad enough, but for the DLC to be buggy as well is a complete joke.
