I can just imagine that about 200 years after the events of ME3 (assuming Shepard wins) that Shepard has become a semi-mythical/religious figure for a lot of people.

Well a certain figure wanted his followers to worship in private but now we have churches best described as six flags over jesus and shows devoted to his worship, so a religion will probably form around a messiah figure like Shepard
