Over the past... I'd say one and a half weeks. I've completed Mass Effect 2 twice.  Once on Hardcore and once on Insanity (Infiltrator if you're interested. Took me 38 hours) Now, this puts my playthrough count of this at;
Mass Effect:     4
Mass Effect 2 : 4

At the moment, I'm playing through Mass Effect 1 as an Adept (As all of my past playthroughs have been as a Vanguard) on Veteran. I'm thouroughly enjoying it.

Now, to add discussion value, I'll ask you this. Have you been addicted to the Mass Effect Series, and If so... For how many playthroughs?
On my original... Purchase of ME 1 and 2. I went completed ME 1 three times and ME 2 twice. Now this going from game to game. (ME 1 then ME 2 then back again etc)

I've played both Mass Effect 1 & 2 about a dozen times each I would say & I'm pretty sure that there are people who have a better record than mine. You're in the minor league my friend , but I'm not saying this to brag, just stating that addiction to this game franchise comes natural for several reasons (epic story with its inconsistencies & all & great characters are just a few factors)... There probably isn't a dialogue line, decision, DLC, mission, assignment or outcome that I don't know about in ME 1 or 2... hell I've seen a lot of videos on youtube bashing ME2 pretty hard (check smudboy) & I still love ME2 to death.

I see your point, however. I have only had both of the games (I bought them together) about 5 months ago.
And I'll have a look at this "Smudboy"... I'm intruiged.

Me too. This past month I haven't played any other game except Mass Effect 1 and 2. Currently doing Femshep for the sake of romancing Garrus xD

I only have 6 Shepards (one of each class), though... for the moment...

Here's my playthrough history...
ME1: Soldier; Engineer; Adept; Infiltrator; Sentinel; Vanguard x3 (3rd Insanity)
ME2: Soldier; Engineer; Adept; Infiltrator; Sentinel
ME1: Vanguard (Insanity)
ME2: Vanguard x3 (3rd Insanity)
ME1: Soldier x4 (4th Insanity)
ME2: Soldier x3 (3rd Insanity)
ME1: Soldier (Insanity; had to do this one again to record and upload to YouTube); Engineer x4 (4th Insanity)
ME2: Engineer x3 (3rd Insanity)
ME1: Adept x4 (4th Insanity)
ME2: Adept x3 (3rd Insanity)
Will start ME1: Infiltrator next.

The ME1x4s are because I'm maxing out Charm/Intimidate in the first 3 runs, then recording on Insanity on the 4th.
The ME2x3s are from doing Veteran, Hardcore, then Insanity (recording on the Insanity run).

How do I remember that? Because it's in an easy to remember order...

I stopped playing ME2 because I'm waiting for the Ultimate edition to come out with all the DLC (I just can't stand buying DLC piece-meal). I replayed ME1 a couple times in the mean time. Been playing DA:O Ultimate to death (sadly BioWare killed that franchise for me when they made DA2). If ME2:U comes out about the same time as Skyrim I'm afraid ME2 will have to wait longer, a whole lot longer, meaning by the time I get around to buying ME2:U it will be in the bargin bin.

I just finished my 5th playthrough of ME 1.
I played through as an Adept, which was pretty fun.
And now I'm on my 5th playthrough of ME 2.
Also as an Adept.... Which is also very fun.

Wow.. I just recently starting to play as vanguard in ME1. In my first playthrough I romanced Ashley being an Infiltrator, staying faithfull in ME2 and following the paragon path in veteran dificulty. Now I running a new game with a vanguard and will romance Liara, the rest of the playthrough will be the same, just with the hardocore dificulty and as a vanguard.

I'm new at this, you guys have many "runs".. haha!! I'm recently started with my second run.. I don't gonna need another game for a loong time..

I've only played through the second game three times so far, i've owned the game for a few months now. I have to say, i'm feeling pretty addicted to the game. I own a copy of the first Mass Effect, though it was a pre-owned copy which was in terrible condition, and eventually stopped working completely. >_>

Soon i will go buy a new copy, and play through the first and second games as every single class.

Anyways, so far my playthrough's have been:

Sentinel - Paragon
Sentinel - Paragon (Restarded the same Shepard after finishing the game)
Vanguard - Renegade

Mass Effect 1 started erasing my older end game save files two years ago.

Mass Effect 2 I'm at 12.

My wife is a bit worried.

I don't know how many times I finished each of the games. Far too often for an outsider at least.
I'm not that creative, but after a while I started naming my Sheps Bastard, Redneck, Jesus and Maria just because I couldn't think of anything else.
But that way I'll be able to identify them even in a few years: Bastard = pure Renegade, Redneck = Paragon and Ashley as LI and Jesus and Maria should be obvious.
Jesus didn't have an LI of course... he's Jesus and loves everyone.

No, but he died, got resurrected and had 12 disciples.
While he was not able to turn water in to wine, he at least got a free round for everyone in Afterlife's VIP Section. And he just disappeared for 2 years, instead of 12 (I think).
Well enough of that, I don't want to upset anyone : )

Damn gurl, how many hours have you invested in ME?!
I myself have 10 ME2 playthroughs ( My first - the longest - was about 40 hours I think, damn that mining )
And then I´ve got 7 ME1 playthroughs....

Another 2 ME1 playthroughs are planned (to have played all classes and get all achievements), as well as another 4 ME2 playthroughs (I´ll import those 2 + I have another 2 ME1 Sheps I´m going to import).
And I thought of a SuperMod/Gibbed playthrough, where I can play around with everything!

Thing is, I´m low on time, because this year of school´s gonna be pretty kickass

But I figure I have enough imports for ME3, so it´s not that big of a deal
