The idea of the different characters actually doing things around the camp instead of just standing around and staring at trees is a great one, IMO.

yeah make morrigan into a shapechanger for real and you will have to find her animal form somewhere in or nearthe camp. but without the OC database i doubt you will see this kind of mods.

I like this. I think it's silly characters stand around doing nothing.
I'd REALLY like to see you and your party member "dressed down" in normal clothing when they're in camp. I speak from experience that even 2-3 hours just WEARING armor can be exhausting, much less traveling or fighting in it. As well-protected as you feel while it's on, it's always a huge relief taking it off when you're done with it.
I imagine it should be easy enough to do with a script, as there's some sort of trigger that causes your armor to be unequipped at the beginning of the human noble origin. One script to swap the equipped armor with regular clothing (as appropriate. Mage robes and Morrigan's garb could be left alone) on everyone when you arrive in camp, and a second script to re-equip their armor again.

This would be fantastic. For all the great things about the game, these little touches would make it even better.
I can see it now: Sten practicing with his sword, Dog chasing a squirrel around, Morrigan being a bitter, miserable woman, Wynne reading a book, Leliana strumming a tune on that lute that's on the ground near her, Alistair making snarky comments about them, and Zevran doing whatever it is that he does.
