I've seen this word used a couple of times when usually speaking about some monster in BG (I'm assuming). When I look this up in Urban Dictionary, it says that it's a slang word for weed, but that can't be it...
I also saw a mention of something called a Nug Wrangler.

So anything enlightening words on this?

Judging from the leaked Prima guide, it seems to be a rabbit like thing.

its a Dwarven Livestock in DA:O its a cross between a Pig and a Rabbit in other words cute furry and totally harmless

It doesn't take like chicken. It's more of a savory taste like pork sausage. That's why it goes well with maple-syrup.

Ahhh ok. It makes more sense now. I was SURE they weren't making a reference to weed in the game! lol

Did anyone play the really lame .hack games for the PS2? Whenever I see Nugs talked about I think of the Grunties in that game (well that and the obvious pot referance)

I played the .hack games, but just lost interest on the fourth one.

Well i know other games have approached drugs, but they've never been referred to flat out as 'weed' or the like, lol. They usually use different names.
