I will probably wait until spyware-Origin will clear out and info that ME 3 will not require it.
Then again BW will probably release loot of crappy one-hour-or-less DLC so I will wait for GOTY. No point rushing things up.
So no collector for me.

Got a point there, my thoughts are, maybe the more money I spend supporting them the more money they'll have to not poo poo on one of my favorite game series. (I'm looking at you DA2)

I don't think xbox 360 users need the origin account.

Yeah I got excited when I saw that they had announced a CE.. but it's not worth it.

What Game of the Year edition? EA isn't in the habit of releasing DLC for anything but the full price. That seems extremely unlikely.

Well I bought DA II crap for 50% of the price. They throw me ME 2 for free and few DLC. Then I bought Arrival and Lotsb. So it was worth waiting

If the additional Companion gets released as a DLC on release date I'll cancel my CE preorder. I just care for the ingame stuff and tbh neither the dog nor the weapons seem to be a must have.
Maybe if the Digital CE gets 20 bucks cheaper I'll consider getting that, but as it stands now, it's the biggest ripoff in digital distribution history, at least in my eyes.

Also the Collectors editions that better than this one are also more expensive from what i recall.

Not really. Batman has a statue, does ME3? No, not even a lousy model of the Normandy. I'm only getting it for continuity.

Halo Reach Legendary Edition costed over 150 dollars, so yes you would be right.

Can't say there's a piece of bonus content that's really making me want the CE (or any CE for that matter), other than the book and OST (digital, bleh) the other content will probably find its way into DLC under a year.
