The tucked hair mod ( http://social.biowar...m/project/2595/ ) has several conversions from DA2 - including that "spikier" hairstyle that the guy in your avatar is currently sporting.
To my knowledge, there's nothing spikier than that out there. Even so, the conversions in this mod are outstanding so you should download it regardless.
