Hi everyone !

I have a Problem with my Account. I wanted to change my E-Mail Adresses and did so on the EA Site, including a new Password. Everything worked perfect at the EA Site and the swtor.com Site. But then i wanted to check if it updated my Account at the BSN too, there my Problem started. I couldnt login with my old E-Mail and Password, but with my new E-Mail and Password i could login and create something like a new Account it seems. Now i have a new Username and everything from my old Account is gone. Including my Friendlist, all my registered Games, DLCs and so on...

Can someone please help me ? :crying:

I had something similar happen to me. I had to use the EA live chat support, who then bumped my issue up to a level 3 support person. It took some time but if you can supply some personal info about that account (birth date, etc.) and the registration keys of your registered games, they should be able to solve the problem.
