I played legacy in chapter three and finished it. later in the chapter she dies. In the following chapter i could enter legacy again. When you enter you will be send to place with the big boss. He is off course still dead. After I talk again to the warden i will be send back to my house. And you never guess. Hawke's mother is back alive . People talk if she is still dead, but her character is back in the house.

its a known bug. No ETA on fix as of yet.

As said, this is a known bug. However, Hawke's mother is -ahem- still dead. What happens is that Hawke closes her eyes - and remembers.

Um...ACT 3 its a GHOST! Hawke's mother is a spirit! He/She was thinking about her.
