Howdy!  Simple question:

I romanced Morrigan, got the ring, killed Flemeth, did the ritual, however I get no paragraph about the ring in Morrigan's ending.  Is there something I did wrong, or is this just a bug?

Is there one specifically? I didn't have it either.

Yeah, I had to find it on youtube. My Morrigan ending consisted of 2 paragraphs, but the one I found on youtube is 3. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I chose not to break off the romance once she stopped accepting tent invitations.

Talk to her in Denerim before the final fight against the archdemon. In case of a romance her relationship to your PC will change from love to friendship and the text message will appear.

No, that shouldn't make any difference. I kept it going till the end and I got some lines in the ending saying that "Sorrow and Regret could be felt through the ring" or something along those lines. That is the paragraph you are questioning, right? Well either way, I'm betting it's a bug of some sort?

Damn, I didn't have that. Do you by any chance have to actually equip the ring? I mean I didn't actually equip it but did have it with me at all times and didn't get that line.

i have it equippet and i remember no line

i got that 3rd paragraph too i equipped the ring when she gave it to me and still had it when i beat the game dont know if thats it

I definately had the ring equipped. KyoZ, that's the paragraph I'm talking about. Strange.

ive also read that if u dont romance Morrigan but u still do her quest and dont kill flemeth and dont take morrigans offer at the end it will say Flemeth killed Morrigan at the end i havent done it myself but i will on my next playthrough

Like I said:

relationship at "love" -> sleep with her before the last battle -> talk to her in Denerim "about last night" -> equip the ring -> message will appear

I had the ring equipped, had gotten her up to 100% (after sleeping with her), and then asked if she was sure that she had to leave, right before going through the door to fight the Archdemon (thus getting a screenshot declaring that Morrigan's and my romance is over).



And I got the "sorrow" ending.

Yeah, that would explain why I got it then. I spoke to Morrigan before we battled the Archdemon.

You do not need to have it equipped to get that ending. I did not have it equipped and I got it.
