Hi,
I resintalled windows and just copied the DA folder accross. Now I can't load any saved games, get an error "This save game includes Bioware premium content..The Stone prisoner ...the owner must log in".
Err I own that, came with the game, and I'm logged in with the account that has it (this one). If I try redeem my code again it says its used. Under downloadable content the Stone Prisoner is 'installed' but 'unauthorized'. How can I fix this! This is my Bioware account, it's logged in and the DLC is registered on it!
This save game includes Bioware premium content..

Unfortunately there is a unauthorized bug in patch 1.4. However there is a 1.5 public beta patch able which solves the problem, for everyone I think. On the downside there's a bug with longer load time in the beta patch. The bug is not in the 1.04 patch. The issue occurs across all patch versions. The first stop should probably be the solutions round up thread pinned to the top of this forum. A number of problems can cause the issue, and the manual solutions to all of the ones the 1.05 beta patch fixes are linked from the first post of the solutions round-up thread. The 1.05 patch does resolve the authorization issues, but it also causes progressively longer load times the longer you play (some fairly extreme) for many users. This is why it is still in beta. Efforts to identify the problem have thus far yielded nothing, so an update is nowhere in sight. The load times reset when the game is exited and re-loaded, but the patch should still be the last resort.
