After finishing the Tower quest and allowing Wynne to join my group, she is STILL locked in the group even after leaving the tower and returning to the docks area. Is this a bug or is there a purpose to this?
Wynne locked in party, bug or not?

That would be a bug. If you were to fill out a problem report as requested in the read first thread pinned to the top of this forum, someone might be able to help you sort it out.

As far as I know she's not supposed to be locked in the party after leaving the circle. My best advice is to go to the camp and see if it solves it. If that doesn't work I can only think of the solution to reload a previous save.
