Has a final moment a la KotOR and then Shepard has some final words 'the Reapers have been defeated, but that was just one threat. The galaxy has many others still, and the rest of the universe even more.' After which he/she turns to Anderson/Udina/Council and says 'I should go.'

LOL, *BATTLE*, ahem...

Just after Shepard defeats the Reapers, and he/she's sitting on a pile of dead husks a la the cover of Duke Nukem, looking down on teh battlefield slightly incredulous that it's finally over he looks directly at the camera and says 'I guess I should be going' - cue metal!

We are well in a million Shepard, you only currently contain a fraction of our units.... There is no hope.

[Shepard speaks with a smirk]: Although that may be true, it seems as though you have forgotten one very important thing: You are a machine,[ Shepard goes and presses awesome button, all reapers die screaming, Shepard turns around and slowly starts to walk away]: and machines can be broken!
