 On my xbox there is only one save file per career so how do i access the individual saves not the entire career once i have transfered it to pc?

I think I read somewhere that the saves are 'packages'; pretty sure that certain programmes will be able to read them as such. Though the question is probably best asked in the 360 mod thread over at the character creation board.
