I'm wondering how I can get enough paragon so I can choose the paragon option on Feros. Does anyone know how? I've tried doing all the assignments I can and I'm not sure there's many, if any, left (at this point). I've done Liara's mission, but not Feros or Noveria (I want to do them in that order).

Any thoughts? Am I missing something? I've only ever chosen the paragon option in dialogues.

Any help is appreciated! This is my import to Mass Effect 2 and I'd like to get it right.

ME1 persuades don't use paragon/renegade, they use points in charm and intimidate. The only reason you need high paragon is to unlock the charm slots to put points into,not the actual persuasion. There are two glitches you can use(at least on pc) easiest is to to the mission to find the satellite part the monkey has, and don't kill any find the part save immediately then reload that save and click on the monkey until you max paragon.

Best thing to do is to simply play through the game 3 times with the same character, this gets you the level 60 import, maxes out your persuasion skill for "free"(4 pts per game) and then lets you play as you really want with the best stuff in the last play.

Mmm, I was aware I needed the charm points. But I need the paragon to unlock them, as you say. I'm not really interested in glitches or running through multiple times. I just want to get it done normally. Thanks.

You can try doing all the side missions but the core game worlds have most of the points you are looking for. Bring down the sky can give some points ad well, if you have it. Doing Feros second on a new play, will almost be impossible to get enough points for what you want. Your best hope would be to do it last, or just take a lessor result.

Mmm, I see. I'm at about 65% I think... I wish it would tell me exactly what it was. I'm hoping I have enough so that by the time I get to the end of Feros I'll be able to do it.

The part of the bar where it stops being narrow and widens out again... that's 75%; it does tell you (graphically).
You need to get it just short of there to unlock the final 2 slots in Charm.

Ah right, I see it. Thanks. That means I need two more little squares of paragon. Don't suppose you know how many paragon points per little square do you?

Thanks all for your help. After doing all four assignments on Feros (Water, Food, Power, and Geth) at Zhu's Hope (+32 paragon) as well as every possible assignment (I used Mass Effect wikia) up to this point (having saved Liara, but not having done Noveria) I was able to get enough to unlock my next charm points. So W00T!

you could have also done the ferros mission used the thorian gas on the colinests you would have had 32 paragon

Each square is approximately 20 points, but for later squares I've found they seem to fill faster than I'd expect.

@Gareth: Thanks, I did get the 32 paragon points from the assignments on Feros which was enough I'm glad to say. However, by the time you're using the gas on the colonists you've already needed to make that high level paragon conversation choice (i.e you need the paragon before that point).

Probably the one that requires 12 Charm to convince Jeong to support the colony. Otherwise you have to shoot him in the face.

i just figured the paragon choice WAS to shoot him, it's definitely renegade to leave that ****** there to ruin everyone's day with his bs.
