Hey im having a problem with the quests questioning beliefs for both Aveline and Sebastian, its not showing up at all in my quest journal and I have gone through the whole act, Aveline having maximum rivalry and Sebastian very near maximum rivalry (over 75%) They have trigged in the past on other saves but wont on this one for some reason. I have even tried loading an earlier save, one from the previous act but it did not help.
One thing I did different from my other saves is take control of the situation in Avelines quest with Jevan causing her to say she would resign from the guards and tell Donnic to make do orders wise. Would this effect the quest like this though?
I looked up this on the bugs page on Dragon age Wiki and could not locate it.
Is there anything I can type into the console to get these quests to trigger or any solution anyone knows of?

I can sadly only offer my sympathies here. I have had the exact some problem with Merrill - or at least what is similar. The rivalry was clear above 75% - I went to her home. No quest icon. (the quest did appear in my journal, though).

As I remember Avelines quest here, it is in Act 3? And it is Jevan or Aveline that is quitting the guards?
