On my Xbox (own Pc version too), my warrior is using the heavy chainmail set with a grey warden helm. For the final battle Im going to use the Warden Commander Armor with the Helm of duty.

Leliana usually wears wades drakskin armor,

Sten wears either the legion of the dead armor or the juggernaut armor.

Zev wears the felons coat(if my warden isnt a rogue, he wears the drakskin armor supior version),
and what gloves, boots I can get.

Morigan wears the reapers vestments( if main char isnt a mage, shell wear tevinter mage robes)

Wynn wears vestmnets of the seer(witch hunt dlc item)

Alistair wears massive armor(dragon bone)

thats what they wear for the final battle.

Often depends who I bring along to the final fight, those left by the city gate are usually poorly equipped and stripped off before the end of this side-quest, so the 4 going for the arch-demon are the ones with the best equipment.

Well, I hardly bring anyone else but Alistair, Wynne and Leliana for the final fight, Alistair in Wades dragonbone heavy plate, Leliana in Wades superior drakeskin or Felon's coat if the Warden is a rogue, Wynne in vestments of the seer and the Warden in Wades superior if rogue, or Warden commander if (Arcane)Warrior.

 Alistair: Cailan's Arms and Armour
Zevran: Felon's Coat, Bard's Dancing Shoes and Red Jenny Seekers, The Rose's Thorn and a Crow Dagger
Leliana: The Sorrows of Arlathan, Wade's Superior Drakeskin armour
Morrigan: Robes of Posession, Winter's Breath staff, Ashen gloves, Magus War Boots
Sten: Generic Massive Dragonbone set/Juggernaught set, The Dragonbone Cleaver
Oghren: Legion of the Dead set, usually a generic dragonbone 2h with 3 rune slots
Wynne: Never use her
Shale: Fire crystals

My Warden as a warrior used Wade's Superior Dragonbone plate, with the Corruption helm. Dual wieding the Veshialle axes (possible without cheating if you have the 'Grim Reaper' Achievement) or one Veshialle + Keening Blade, wearing lifegiver, the ring of ages/harvest festival ring, the spellward and Andruils Blessing,

I've always thought Leliana looked great in the Shadow of the Empire armor. Not that it has the best bonuses, but aesthetically very pleasing....
