So let's say I had the one-night stand with Jack before romancing Tali. What are the odds this will come back to bite me in the ass come ME3 with regard to Tali's health?

You should only worry about that if you slept with Jack after doing the Talimance. If not, then the only thing you have to worry about is whether or not Jack will help you in ME3.Mars Nova wrote...

I should be good then, I would never do it after romancing Tali for two reasons.
1-I would never do anything like that to Tail.
2-If I have the one-night stand with Jack I always do it immediately after Horizon, that's when it makes the most sense to me from a role-playing perspective.
