Dear BioWare/EA, etc
I am owner of the Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition which I purchased a few months back through Steam. I have activated my codes when I should and everything should be in order. And well, sometimes is, sometimes isn't.
Since I had finished the game multiple times on the PS3, I never really payed much attention to the PC version (yes, I know it's much better) but, each time I wanted to play it, it simply didn't let me start or load a game because apparently my DLCs were unauthorized. I had no idea what to do, until, one day, I simply managed to play it. They were magically authorized and I was brimming with joy.
Ten minutes ago I was about to dive into my dear copy of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition and... Guess what, it seems like your services decided that I was unworthy and that I hadn't bought the DLCs after all.
I am not sure what kind of service you are running or how many complains you've received about this, but let me tell you that this is annoying. I payed for a legitimate copy of a game, I followed all the procedure and my playing depends on the whims of the EA servers? I would seriously want answers and a solution to this problem because this is a serious breach of quality in costumer service.
If you please.
Sincerely
Ultimate Edition is a harsh mistress

You are in a peer support forum, so I'm afraid no one official is likely to see this. If you want assistance, see the solutions round-up thread pinned to the top of this forum.
