I've read on a couple mods that reduce the irritation of constant aura effects or remove that awful sound from entering the Rally field of effect, but I've found like 5 different mods, which one is best for v1.04? I've seen Annoyance Remover, Personal Annoyance Remover, and Dragon Age Annoyance Remover, etc.

You are in the wrong forum. You might get some suggestions in the toolset forums, but you should probably simply read through the descriptions of the mods in question along with their discussion threads and contact the mod authors.
