Adding a third dimension does tend to make things more complex. The host of associated problems with a whole new method of locomotion tend to be why many games make falling into water instant death.

Well, if they can't find a way to do everything within their finite budget, what kind of developers are they?

Lazy. That is what they are.

Ah. Dragon riding again. Great. Dragons are rare or at least that's the lore, but somehow the Kirkwellian a**clown managed to train one..through its decades of growth...to a full sized flying mount. Why not just go full on stupid? How about Hawke trains one of the old god dragons and let him ride it around during another blight; only it will be a good blight. Hawke will ride his dragon darkspawn around burning down chantrys and killing templars. Furthermore, the dragon will be fully romanceable. Wow, I think I achieved a perfect nirvana of stupidity there.

You did indeed.

Was it this one you were wondering about?

I have no idea but that looks new to me!

It looks like someone with a ragged cape that has a white hood, a sword........or is that a staff? o.o  For some reason,I get the feeling it's a woman. And she has black hair.An older Morrigan? :o

No, Priestly already told that the one you see in that picture is not Morrigan!

Where did he say that? I looked over his posts in this thread and I didn't see him mention Morrigan.

It's not in this thread, cause the picture we're discussing about in this one is the one showing "someone riding something"; that picture you're talking about was showed during the PAX conference and the post of Priestly is somewhere in tha apposite thread in News and announcements, this one: http://social.biowar...0/index/8184797

I can't tell if you were being sarcastic. Can't tell most of the time on these internets. I hope so because otherwise that comes as incredibly mean.

While I'm dead certain that there are those out there that *would* say something like that in completely seriousness, I was not.

Anyone else really starting to hate how story DLC is now separate from item DLC? Items are pretty integral to an RPG and it sure would be nice if they were acquired during the campaign with your sword instead of from a shop with your credit card. And yes, I realize that Legacy came with items. It's just that it was all junk unless you did it at a very high level due to the horrors of scaling. Hopefully this one will be different.

It's not like you cant rewatch the stream to see it... I didnt think to screen shot it since it was easy to rewatch it. Good stuff though... I look forward to more DA content.

@ Dread (:D)  think he is riding on a wyvern not a dragon..least thats what I have been reading. :)   And, if they are bringing dragons back from the brink of extinction, despite the lore stating that the Nevarrans pretty much made them extinct,  I think they should revive griffons and bring them back too, only because,  Skyrim evidently has Ai smart dragons that fly around in their game,  that do their own thing.  :)   They dont have griffons far as I know, so Bioware can claim to be different :D    hehehe
