Did you buy it preowned? If so then thats why the redemption code is invalid. Its already been used by another user and is a one use code. So thats the problem if thats right.

If you did buy it new and it doesn't work... Contact EA using the number at the bottom of the code sheet. Yes, there are humans after the cheesy music... Helpful humans.

Yeah. I bought my PS3 copy of Mass Effect like that for twenty bucks last August. I consider myself very lucky from how rare it was to find one of them. Sadly the freezing still exist for me but at the very least I do not have corrupted saves. Heres to hoping Mass Effect 3 is as flawless as Mass Effect 2 for the 360.
