I've played DAO multiple times, but haven't given this a try yet.
Silly question, but is it possible to keep both Leliana and Morrigan romanced, and then still go through the Eluvian with Morrigan at the end of Witch Hunt?
I have a feeling that going through the eluvian with Morrigan will reveal epic stuff in future games of the series, but I also wanted to keep the "cute" romance with Leliana. Thanks!

This guy was trying for something similar to this a few months ago. No updates since then though.

Morrigan & Leliana
"Note that it is possible to end the game having active romances with both Morrigan and Leliana while both are in love with a male warden if you are extremely careful in navigating your plot & dialogue choices. The love triangle dialogues are set to only trigger once each and it's possible to trigger both Morrigan's & Leliana's adore approval jealousy dialogues before being forced to break up with one of them. This is because telling Morrigan that you choose her does not automatically cut off the romance with Leliana. Morrigan expects your character to then tell Leliana it's over. Leliana's jealousy dialogue will then trigger when you click on her and you can still change your mind and pick either. Your romance with the one you don't choose will then be cut off. If you later restart your romance with the one you rejected after her quest, you will then be free to pursue both simultaneously since you already triggered both adore jealousy dialogues the first time around. You have two chances to restart a romance with Morrigan, after retrieving Flemeth's Grimoire (her personal quest) and by giving her the Golden Mirror gift found in Orzammar Commons from the merchant Garin and say something about it being a gift for a beautiful woman. Note that the pursuit of a simultaneous relationship with Leliana will in no way affect Morrigan's actions at the end of the game. Morrigan will make the same decision regardless. It is also possible to get the elusive Morrigan's ring epilogue and have Leliana stay with you in Denerim, if you choose these options carefully."

If your charater is having active romances with both Morrigan and Leliana, will Morrigan and Leliana be aware this is the case, and if so, will they become good friends and fight against you, or become good friends along with you, or become enemies and fight each other but still are friends with you, or become enemies and hate you for all the infidelities, or ultimatum of choose only one between them and the other one will leave? What about Alister, and rest of the party, will they be involved or be affected at all with these romances?

To answer one of your necro'd threads, you can only romance Alistair as a female PC, unless your game is modded.
To answer the rest, the game is designed so that you can romance multiple LIs to a point. Once your LIs get to a certain approval level, they are supposed to confront you and force you to decide between them. It is possible to end the game with more than one LI, but it is buggy, sets conflicting flags, and is probably not intended to be possible (not that you can't screw it around anyway if you really want to).
None of the LIs will hate the other LI if you choose one over the other. Some of your party members will have things to say to your 'ex' if you break off a romance, but there are no catfights or namecalling and the effect on the game is minimal. The person you dump won't leave, they will simply lose their romance flags.

Pretty cool concept. I usually browse around before I buy, sort of speak, hehehe. Well thanks for the solid response. There's more to look forward to in this game, in addition to fighting the darkspawn.
, I like a little drama and multiple outcomes based on action/talent/luck.

If I'm not mistaken, the Morrigan related romance flags are completely screwed up when you import them into DA2. Not sure about Leliana's but it wouldn't surprise me.
