Hi I want to change the language they are speaking in the game from English to Spanish. Is this possible? Or may I at least change the language of the subtitles

I would imagine that it depends solely upon the version of ME2 you have. Certainly go into the audio and game settings to check if you haven't already done so.
Now the obvious: if they didn't include the language options in your version, no amount of tinkering will give them to you.
