Didn't find a decent sounding version with another picture, but I think it's still SFW. For anyone who may think a scarcely clothed lady is not his/her thing, do not follow the link:

That channel from the video you posted is beyond amazing, that guy makes some brilliant videos. I love the one with Interpol's Say Hello To The Angels and 2001 A Space Odyssey. Somehow it made me love both the song and the film even more

Relapse Retrospective
Relapse is the 7th album in Eminem's discography. Relapse is strange because it is very demented and eerie sounding and quite different from eminem's previous projects that had mainstream appeal. Relapse is very experimental and explores the darker side of eminem's lyrics in depth. Relapse is also one of my favorite albums because of it's storytelling, themes explored, creativity and technical aptitude. Let's get into it.
Themes
A recurring theme in Eminem's career is the idea of Slim Shady being an alter ego. Artists use alter ego's to explore a different side of their crafts. In Eminem's consensus, Slim Shady is him when he is using all of these catastrophic, controversial and dark humor filled lyrics. Relapse goes into the mind of this character in songs such as "Stay Wide Awake" and "3am" and manages to bring him to life. There is usually a duality between Eminem and Slim Shady whereby Eminem is there to prevent Slim Shady from completely exposing himself. This can be also in comparison to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hide where the character is almost at war with his own persona.
The perception of slim shady is almost like a serial killer documentary. We have a situation in which Eminem raps about committing murders such as "Same song and dance" and they are other songs that kind of allude to his upbringing being the cause of this persona. In songs like "Medicine Ball" which is directed at Mariah Carey, the persona plays this almost obsessed character adding more to the depth of that serial killer persona by giving a concise description of the mental state that this character is in.
The accent used also added to this character for technical reasons as well as character development. In songs where he is rapping in his normal accent, the topic is not usually as demented and diabolical. In songs like beautiful he is using his normal projection while in songs where he is playing that character he is using a the accent that he created. We will be back to the voice later
Who exactly is this character? This character could also represent Eminem at his time of drug use. The album relapse clearly states some connection to his drug problem so my analysis is that this character was a manifestation of his condition. It was almost as if Eminem was out of it and needed this persona to do all of he music for him. A good description of this is the dark voice used in "My darling" which wanted him to go back to his old self and the 3am skit that also contains that deep voice. It could be that Eminem is high during this persona and one of the signs that kind of depict that is the track listing. Dr west comes right after 3am which is a song that can be used to describe Eminem's Calm down from using narcotics.
Even his performance incorporated this character.
Technical Ability
This is probably one of the reasons I find Eminem's change of accent to be brilliant. The change of his accent was a mixture of word bending and slant rhymes. His accent allowed him to rhyme words that don't usually rhyme together. One of the perfect examples of this is wide awake.

In this song he is completely using his accent and able to string large portions of his lyrics that apply to a certain scheme. It is because of this reason in which I would argue that this is probably Eminem's most multisyllabic album. That is no small feat due to just how much he incorporates multisyllabic rhyming in his content. Another impressive feat is being able to rhyme so many words but still stay on direct topic. This enchances his abilities in terms of story telling.
Conclusion
One of my favorite albums, it might not be for everyone. However, if you listen to it with these themes in this place it might be greatly enjoyed.
Relapse is one of my favorite albums. 9/10
