Although it's true that I worship the greatness known as The Metal, I also have a bit of nostalgia for the Bemani music games that came out so very long ago. One of which was Para Para Paradise, built around the para para/eurobeat crazy that swept japan. One Night in Arabia was one of them, with the linked video being a live filmed version. Although Love and Joy wasn't in PPP, the video and music are impressive enough. Yes, they pulled that off in high heels. Finally, my personal favorite, Velfarre 2000.

Just to counter out all that super happy insanity... here's SATAN.

This DJ used his right hand more in the 2 and a half minutes of the following video than C9 used his last weekend. Heyo! Beatmania IIDX is infamous for being one of the most difficult music games ever made. The following song is a testament to how demanding it can be. Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to be boggled:

For those who enjoy shaking their booty, you must hear this. It's catchy as hell, and appropriate for all ages. I originally found this when gamespot gave away a free soundtrack from Da Blob 2. Unlike merill, this one really is a keeper.
