I Agree, no one can beat Kanye when it comes to beats, but he's an average rapper at best.

However, imo, for what he intents, that's the only thing he needs.
He's exploring a new way for Hip-Hop that involves the voice only supporting the beat, which i think it's interesting, even if it makes Hip-Hop less..... well, Hip-Hop, but not enough to make indistinguible, and honestly, Hip-Hop has never sounded so epic and grandiouse.

Did you know that sad f*ck used a ghost writer on 808? What's the point in being a rapper if you can't write. It's a shame, since his debut album was actually decent.

Really? That's very disappointing, especially since I liked the reason why he made that album the way it was. He ushered in a fresh sound with that album and I actually liked its content. I already think he sucks but now he can't even write his own thoughts? Pretty sad.
