Hey,
I re-installed Mass Effect 2 but where are all my achievements? It said I had none. And, I didn't get my starter bonus??? Aren't they saved online? What's the deal here?

If you play on pc they are saved at "C:\\Users\\username\\Documents\\BioWare"

which is deleted if you do a full uninstall.
