I have just purchased the above item.
However I refreshed the purchase page and the Bioware Store recorded a second purchase of the same item and deducted another 400 bioware points.
I have the 2x Emails confirming the purchase. timed.

Can you help with regard to this please as I was planning to use the remaining 800 points to purchase the Legacy DLC only to find that I currently have 400 due to a store glitch.

I'd like to report a similar error.
I was going to purchase this very same Item Pack, and didn't have any Points, so was prompted to purchase some. Upon selecting a payment method and submitting my confirmation of purchase, I received an "An error has occurred during payment, please try your purchase again later" (or something like that; I'm writing from memory) message. Up clicking "Continue", I find that the requisite Points had been purchased (and my CC statement confirms this), and was brought to a page where I was asked to confirm that I wanted to spend these Points on the Item Pack.
My guess is that the mysterious, non-descript "error" (not even an error code to go with it) was simply a timeout. As it stands, I nearly purchased the same thing twice, and apparently someone else already has. This needs to be fixed.

i have an issue i bought lair of shadow broker dlc and got 1600 bioware to cover the cost of 800 ,after purchase my account says i have no more bioware points this frustrating because i was planning to get all the story dlc.please reimburse the 800 points since i paid for them and plan to get the others dlc thx in advance

I have the same problem - a double purchase of the Aegis pack ended up costing me 320 points instead of 160. I would like the 160 refunded so I can buy the Equalizer pack too
