is there anyways via a cheat i can get it because i didnt get the book or the promo code with my retail box so is there any cheat from which i can get it?

Did you not get a manual? with your retail box? In my DA:O retail box there is a piece of paper where Shale is on one side, the blood dragon armour on the other. If yo don't have this, your best bet is EA Customer support as pr. linked above.
However, if you've gotten the retail box second hand, things might be different...

Either way you should contact them, they are actualy pretty good about account entitlements and restoring cd-keys and all that.
Be prepared to have to take a picture of your product for visual evidenc ethough.
