Hey, i have a problem with activating Legion after you get a hold of him in the Reaper IFF mission. Alright, here's the details of my problem...

I have finished Mass Effect 2 about 3 times now, first 2 times i was able to access the room which Legion is laying on the bed thing... Now though, on my 3rd playthrough, the room is always locked after the Reaper IFF mission. It stays completely locked until after the 'Joker' mission (Trying my best not to hand out spoilers.)

After the room becomes unlocked, Legion is no where to be found, i cannot activate him! I go to look at my squad status, and the icon of the card thingy is grey, as if i haven't even reached the point which i can activate him yet... So i played on normally throughout the game without Legion, and finished the game without him.

Now the same thing has happened to my brother on his game, and i am starting to get curious as to why Legion can no longer be activated. Any help is appreciated!

Hard to say. It could just be glitched. You could check the journal to see what, if anything, it says about Legion.

Also depending on what sort of time you have and stuff, is it worth replaying the Reaper IFF mission?

However the possibility of handing Legion over to Cerberus would also likely deny you the ability to activate him as well. (Not 'saying' that is the case, just putting it out there as a possibility.)

Oh, of course! I did choose the renegade option and i suppose that means Legion was handed to Cerberus... I suppose i got a little confused there, i didn't realise that it would cause Legion to be completely handed over to Cerberus researchers and unable to be activated. 

Thanks for the help, now just to let this fall back or get an admin to lock it.

EA, if you have the same problem as Gonder did several months ago then the same solution also applies to you.
