I know a lot of people have already posted issues with the speech and sound cutting out, but I've encountered a problem where the speech cuts out completely. Then when I've finished talking to someone and try to leave the room the game will suddenly freeze with the loading icon just constantly spinning in the bottom right hand corner. This leaves me with no choice but to hard reset my PS3. Also if I try to load the game before that particular conversation the game won't start and just says disc read error. I've had this problem with talking to Legion and Joker for the first time and when chatting to Garrus in the debriefing room just after his injuries are patched up.

Other than that I've had no other problems. I tried deleting the game utility data and reinstalling but that hasn't helped. I also have all the current patches so I'm a bit stuffed so far.

Anyone encountered anything similar.
