Hello, I currently just bought 4 DLC for Mass Effect 2 and I'm having a big issue.

I started up the download for Lair of the Shadow Broker, and it started at my usual 1.5-2mb/s download rate, but now it has slowed down to a measly 200kb/s crawl. I tried downloading a few things from other places, and my download rate is fine, but if I download it from here it's terrible.

Any idea why it would be so slow? I really dont want to wait 1-2h's per DLC download...

Are you using a wireless connection?... If possible try a wired connection, it's more reliable and generally quicker. Try resetting your routing, this may help too.

Give me some more detail about your setup and I could help more...

I'm using wired.. I went away for about a hour and Shadow Broker finished, now I'm noticing the rate has increased to about 800/900kbs, so maybe its just the servers or something? I tried resetting my router already, too.

Anyway, I'll keep monitoring it, what it's at currently is alot better then 200.

That's good to hear... It's quite possibly the servers, but stay alert during long downloads... One blip or one quick power surge can ruin the whole process.
