Yeah, the epilogue slides are intersting . I usually get one about Teagan marrying Kaitlyn, but I have also heard there is another where he marries Bella. That is one I have never seen. There are several different sliders I imagine many have not even thought of. I don't remember the details, but the one for leaving Redcliffe to overrun by the walking dead was an interesting one.

See I would have let Teagan marry Bella. Teagan needed a woman and not that girl:devil:

WIth all the ret-conning of lelliana, does it mean that lelliana used the warden from a romance, perspective. Imean she is a bard afterall. That worrys me, I dont think her import has been fixed yet either.

I guess it would depend on individual perspective whether she did or not, and how active in the seekers she was, if she was a member then.

You mean, if she really loved the Warden? I am fairly certain that no DA writer would ever, ever, EVER write a romance in which the LI does not have genuine feelings for the PC. Can you just imagine the crapstorm if something like this occured?

Alistair: "Thanks for putting me on the throne. But now this gets awkward. See, I never actually loved you - I just used you so you would blindly back me up at the Landsmeet. Also, I don't think you're beautiful. Your face is kind of funny. Uhm, so, can I have my rose back now?"

I wouldn't put it past them to have every LI turn on you in the future...:crying:

This is why my headcanon warden will never progress in the games beyond Origins. As to my feelings about this writing direction...under advice of counsel I decline to comment at this time. :P

While twirling their twirly mustaches and cackling their evil laughter of doom and singing songs from Hair, no doubt.

Thankfully, I am immune to this, since in my canon playthrough, my LI, Alistair, died on the archdemon. And thus, is spared any questionable plot twists and turns of the future. Unless, of course, the developers decide in DA3, that the plot demands everyone get betrayed by an LI, and will ressurect Alistair from the dead so he can betray the Warden. In which case, ressurecting him from the dead would ****** me off more than the betrayal part. Cuz, you know, when you die killing the archdemon, you're like supposed to be mega super-duper unressurectably dead. And continuity and lore coherence would demand he remain such.

*sniff*:(

I am not so certain with Morrigan.

I know, I know . . . Morrigan fans want to believe she had genuine feelings.

But . . . everything she told the male Warden about how to manipulate a man, she did.

1) Make him believe she is weak, check! "Oh noes! Flemeth is going to get me!" I would not even be suprised if Flemeth told Morrigan, "Tell the Warden I plan to steal your body and send him to kill me. It's the only danger he would actually believe. Don't worry, I'll leave a pseudo-doppleganger here and fly out of Fereldan in dragon form."

2) Make him believe she is attracted to him. Not just sexy time. The whole sobbing, conflicted, "I really love you but I don't want to hurt you." Any man who has NOT fallen for that one from an unscrupulous and/or unbalanced woman has not lived.

I could go on. But point is, while I want to believe in the Morrigan romance as canon, I would not blink if they turned it around on the audience.

Disclaimer: I do not think women are all unscrupulous /unbalanced. Anyone who infers that from the above just calm yourselves now. There are plenty of good people out there.

Lol so true..

Still considering how lelliana is,I woulden't put it past her. I did a whole new playthrough just to romance her, a U.S one *shrug* I wouldn't mind seeing the confrontation

Warden: You used me
Lelliana: NO,I its not like that.
Warden : *decapitates*

I dont think that bioware would do such a thing, but i don´t belive that you can solve this romance thing between leliana and the warden without having the warden as a protaganist becasue it would be dangerous for bioware to assume that something happend,

However i belive that leliana loves the warden and she is trying to find him/her than just search for him on the divines order.

Perhaps a DLC in DA2 will involve the warden just before he/she disappears that you discover why and one of the missions might involve a rescue leliana who has been taking captive by marjolanie.

I really don't think Leliana was a spy, for the seekers or otherwise, during origins.

^ agreed. There's just nothing to suggest Leliana was working with the Seekers during Origins. Dorothea wasn't elected to Divine Justina until about Act 3 of DA2, when Leliana becomes known as the 'Right Hand of the Divine.' The earliest, I would think, that Leliana becomes a spy again in the story-line is during Awakening, as her romance letter suggests she was meeting with Dorothea about something, who was the Grand Cleric in Val Royueax.

Post Awakening, the epilogue slide for the romance suggests they met up again for a few months, but then the Hero shows up in the Deep Roads to deal with the Harvester, then Witch Hunt months later. I assume at that point, Leliana was fully employed as a spy for Dorothea.
