 Hay I've been led to beleive that its been a long time since anyone has had to put a promo cod for ME2. Well I just used the blood dragon armor code and to my suprise it worked. But the problem is this. It says i may need to  "refresh your wallet balance in-game before content will appear in-game." But i have no idea in hell as to how to go about that. I have been looking for a while online now for some help but havent found any. So please if you know what i need to do. Like contact bioware or something. Please include a way as to do so. An thank you very much for any help you may provide.

You'll need the official EA support team (or EA_AgentX if they're about). Link in sig or bottom of any page.

I am puzzled as to why you got the message as the wallet balance shouldn't be applicable to the 360 version, because you should have redeemed through the game. (Gut reaction is tried to redeem the code incorrectly via the website or you have the PC version.)

Thanks for your assistance. I did just as the card said as per instructions for the X-box and this is where i ended up.

That is odd as there is no in-game wallet balance for the 360 version; hence the gut reaction. Has it downloaded to your 360 correctly? If it has it is possible that you could ignore that message.

If the Blood Dragon armour doesn't appear for your 360 as you'd expect, then EA support can put it right for you.

It hasn't even given me the option to update my game after it gave me the "congratulations YOU GOT IT!" message. (I may have paraphrased that last part but you get the idea.) And thank you again for your help.
