KoTOR.

Well, technically NWN, but I really didn't like it. I only bought KoTOR because it was SW.

Baldur's Gate 1. I've played pretty much every RPG they put out right when they came out on the PC. Which meant waiting a bit in Jade Empire's case.

NWN :)

I bought every other Bioware game since then, even if I didn't know it was them at the time (I bought KotOR because it was higly reccomended and JE because I liked the setting).
The first game I bought thinking "yeah, a Bioware game!" was Mass Effect

Neverwinter Nights
Mostly because I loved the world of FR and that was my first taste of proper D&D based cRPG. Loved it, played it to death(including expansions) and got KOTOR after that out of curiousity and the reputation it had(also because it was a Bioware game). I did play MDK2 but I had no idea Bioware did those.
Since then I have played every Bioware game that has come out except that Sonic game(and some from the back catalogue)

Jade Empire for me. Got me hooked and followed BioWare since then.

Also went back to get some older titles like Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights using good old GOG.

Neverwinter Nights. It was pretty neat, back in the younger years.

KotOR, and it's still in my top three games of all time. I started following Bioware religiously after that and Jade Empire.

Baldur's Gate (1998 ) - Tales of the Sword Coast (1999)
Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn (2000) - Throne of Bhaal (2001)
Knights of the Old Republic (2003), played circa 2008
Dragon Age: Origins (2009)
Dragon Age: Awakening (2010)
Dragon Age II (2011)

I bought NWN from cog.com. So far I've played just the tutorial. Doens't have that much appeal to me, it seems.
