I have tried to put in what i thought was my UPC code but it won't work on any of my Bioware games and i don't know if its wrong or i'm looking in the wrong place. Could it be because i'm in the UK or something?

What exactly do you mean? Do you mean the UPC code on your Bioware games, say Mass Effect or Dragon Age 2? As I recall, this is only required for PS3 or Xbox 360 versions of the games. For PC, you'll need to use the cd key found on the back of the manual where it says serial number.
If yoou have the xbox version or ps3 version, you'll need to look at the back of your box. Under the vertical lines in the lower right hand corner, there should be some numbers. Please punch them into the blank (white) boxes.
