How do you change the order of your powers when you pause the game during combat?  The "hot buttons" (1-8) allow you to drag and drop the power in the hot button you want.  It doesn't allow me to change the order on the hud.  Am I missing something?  I assume you can change the HUD as well as the hot buttons?

I appreciate the help.

Go to Mass Effect 2 forum. BTW, it does allow to change the order on PC. I don't know what platform you are playing on.

can't change the hud, only the hot keys

Make sure not to try to change them in combat
