As a fellow Dutch guy i'm also wondering about this.. not worrying yet.. but when the marketing guys say "get your CE edition now, before its to late" i know they are marketing but it does make me check all the sites i usually buy my games at.

I have bol.com letting me know when they got it in stock, but if they don't around the end of the year then i might start thinking about pre ordering in a foreign country.

Can't we get in touch with the blonde EU marketing girl from Gamescon Deeka sumthing?

Don't worry, Amazon says us Americans will have to wait about a week to get ours.

How to use an apostrophe...  You may find this useful.  [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie]

It's an option, since Game.co.uk supports Paypal besides creditcard. But how long will it take to get here? Shipments from the UK normally take about a week to be delivered in the Netherlands. So depending on the day it gets shipped (EU release date is 9th of may), it will probably be delivered the week after.

Meh. They always say "limited supply!" and whatnot. I wouldn't worry just yet about availabillity, I recall it also taking quite some while before ME2 and DA2 became properly available for preorder in Dutch stores.
I guess we're on some sort of European EA ****list.

I don't like PayPal.

No, scratch that. I despise ScamPal. They stole my money once. Ain't gonna do that again.

Even if you can speak french, like me, you still don't want their dub, it'll make you razor your ears off and shove em down your earholes. I played JE in french, i died a little that day [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/crying.png[/smilie]

Guessed as much. My main reason on why I'd rather pre-order it from some store in the Netherlands.

I'm pretty sure the devs have nothing to say in this, since thats what publishers (--> EA) are for. We wont get an answer, unless we are really lucky one of the Bioware's knows more then he/she should. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/wondering.png[/smilie]

When some Dutch people asked Chris Priestly about the availability of DA2's SE in the Netherlands, we got an answer on where it wsa available in the Netherland.

You can always hope, right? ^_^

True that.

Anyway, I don't want to miss out on this one. For example, bol.com had only 5000 copies of Battlefield 3. Guess it'll be the same with Mass Effect 3.

dont you worry about custom fees? Thats another 18 quid if they get ya, or it has been for me in the past

You mean import fees? If they're more than estimated, Amazon pays it.

It was about $22, but even with that figured in--still cheaper than GameUK ($126 vs. $133). You get a VAT on that, after all.

To those trusting that the CE will be available later--they've said there's a limited amount of copies and that it's best not to wait. It's up to you, though. Just, if you're really fanatical and want this very badly, I'd keep your eyes open for a good deal now rather than wait a few months.

Same here. Waiting for boxed version of CE to be announced and made available for pre-orders in Poland. Hopefully it will happen before the end of the year.
