I got a Greatest Hits edition of ME2 from Amazon. It was shrink wrapped when I received it, and claimed to have "a single-use code granting access to the Cerberus Network" included.
The only things inside the box were the two DVDs, a disk envelope, and a sticker which had the game registration code. I assumed that that was the activation code for the Cerberus Network as well, but it hasn't worked thus far. Now I'm thinking that they skimped on this particular edition.
I'm scarcely a ME diehard, so if I have to put the whole thing aside till ME3 comes out it's no skin off my hump. On the other hand, playing DLC might make me more eager to buy a more expensive (that is, non-Greatest Hits) edition. If anyon e has any ideas, please share.
Cerberus Network promo code missing?

Use the EA online support tool (via the Origin site is a start), select Mass Effect 2 and submit your request for a Cerberus key. They will check your registration key (the one in the box) and then assign you with a Cerberus key, job done.
